Joint proprietors of Saffron House are Rachel Roffe and Bill Piggott.  

Rachel has many years hotel and catering experience, having been head housekeeper at the Compleat Angler Hotel in Marlow, the London Clinic  and on the Hebridean Princess cruise ship. She has also run two successful tea rooms and regularly bakes cakes for the Stamford Arts Centre.
